Badagabettu Credit Co-operative Society, Udupi, recorded a net profit of ₹15.23 crore for the financial year 2023-24. The society announced a 15% dividend for its members at the Annual General Meeting held at Ajjarkadu Town Hall, Udupi. The meeting was presided over by Society President Jayakar Shetty Indrali.
Annual Report Highlights
General Manager Rajesh V. Sherigar presented the annual report and financial statements, noting the following key achievements:
- The society has 18,309 members with a share capital of ₹4.77 crore.
- Deposits stood at ₹509.55 crore, while outstanding loans amounted to ₹402.12 crore.
- The total annual turnover exceeded ₹2,500 crore for the financial year 2023-24.

The society recognized and felicitated 24 selected pourakarmikas from the City Corporation for their dedicated service.
