Established in 1918 by the visionary Late Sri Katapady Beedu Jagannatha Ballal under the auspices of the Madras Government, our journey began with a resolute mission to uplift the local community by providing essential agricultural support.
Guided by our tagline, “Fostering Prosperity, over a Century”, we have continuously evolved, harmonizing time-honored values with contemporary practices. Our cutting-edge administrative headquarters, located in the “Chethana” Commercial Complex in Mission Compound, Udupi, stands as a beacon of our digital transformation. This state-of-the-art facility not only accommodates 14 rental units that bolster various community initiatives but also exemplifies our unwavering commitment to technological advancement.
Our influence extends across 11 fully computerized branches strategically situated in Indrali, Bailur-Korangrapady, Udyavara, Ambagilu, Udupi City, Malpe, Shirva-Manchakal, Kukkikatte, Manipal and Karkala. Most of these branches are housed within our own properties, underscoring our deep-rooted connection to the communities we serve.
In tribute to our founder’s enduring vision, we proudly introduce the “Jagannatha Sabha Bhavana”, a modern conference hall with a capacity to host 400 to 500 guests. This facility not only honors our rich heritage but also symbolizes our ongoing commitment to fostering prosperity and catalyzing community growth in the digital era.
