State Award
The Badagabettu Credit Co-operative Society has once again been honored with the State-level Best Co-operative Society Award for its outstanding contributions to the co-operative sector. This marks the society’s ninth win at the prestigious 71st All India Co-operative Week state-level event held in Mangaluru.
The award was received by the society’s president, Mr. Jayakar Shetty Indrali, in the presence of prominent dignitaries, including:
- K.N. Rajanna, Karnataka State Co-operation Minister
- Dinesh Gundu Rao, State Health Minister
- U.T. Khader, Assembly Speaker
- Lakshman Savadi, Former Deputy Chief Minister
- Dr. B.S. Sudhakar, Chairman, Karnataka State Co-operative Marketing Federation and Dakshina Kannada District Central Co-operative Bank
Other notable attendees included M.N. Rajendra Kumar, MLAs Y. Bharath Shetty and Yashpal Suvarna, and various co-operative leaders from across Karnataka.
