We ensure ongoing excellence by providing periodic training through seminars conducted by various resource persons. Regular staff meetings every three months and branch managers’ meetings every two months help in assessing performance and refining responsibilities.
To safeguard our team, we offer comprehensive accident and health insurance schemes to all staff members and daily deposit collectors. Additionally, our Pigmy collectors, equipped with computerized collection machines, play a crucial role in fund collection, enhancing our service quality and contributing significantly to our operations.
